(1) Take TOEFL while in university in Japan. 
(2) Graduation from university in Japan.
(3) Select some US grad schools to apply for admission.
(4) Study ESL at US university 3 months to 12 months and get scores grad school requires.
(5) Go to graduate school with F-1 Visa, study 2 years to get degrees such as MA, MS, MBA etc.
(6) Look for US corporations willing to support you to get H-1 Visa while still at school.
(7) Get H-1 Visa to work after graduation.
(8) Graduation from US grad school.
(9) Start working in the States, and apply for the Green Card, if you like.
(10) Or look for US corporations in Japan.
