You must prepare documents in English as required for application to American Schools. If the documents are not to the school's standard, (or if the translation is not good enough and the admission officer has trouble understanding it), then you can not expect good results.
The more difficult the school you try out for, the higher the quality your documentation need to be. So have qualified people from the United States give you detailed advice on your application material. The standard cost, however, is not inexpensive ... i.e., 200K yen per school. If you become an MIC member, the same service is only $650.00.
